Kahn Realty Consulting LLC was founded by Bruce J. Kahn, MAI in 2007.  Our goal is to provide provide commercial real estate appraisal services in the South Florida area in an accurate, timely, and professional manner.  We also provide real estate brokerage services for select clients on an 'as needed' basis. The firm is locally owned and operated. Each property appraised by the firm is personally inspected by a Florida state certified appraiser holding the MAI designation. Our reports benefit from local knowledge and more than two decades of commercial appraisal experience.  Property types appraised include vacant land, warehouse, retail, residential subdivision, and office properties. Our typical projects range in size from 1,200 SF office condominium units to more complex property types including anchored retail centers and 500+ unit planned residential communities.  Our clients include lenders, attorneys, corporate clients, and property owners.  Our business is located at 601 Heritage Drive, Suite 109 in Jupiter, Florida.
